A Bit About Andy
Born and raised in Louisville, KY, I began my career in Real Estate in 2020. As someone that has owned small businesses here in town for over a decade, there has been nothing more rewarding, career wise, than being a REALTOR®.
Working closely with clients and friends to help them achieve their dreams of becoming a homeowner or investing in a property is incredibly rewarding. I take pride in being known as being your friend in real estate that you can trust. Selling a home can be extremely stressful and challenging at times. Often there needs to be a calm within those storms and that is a strength of mine. When problems arise, as they often do, it takes a professional and calm advisor to keep everyone pulling in the same direction and getting to the closing table. I am passionate about walking my clients and friends through the entire selling process as seamlessly as possible. Starting at our initial consultation all the way to the closing table. It is my hope that whether you are selling a 50K starter home or multimillion-dollar estate, you will feel like you are the most important and only client that I am working with.
