We are real estate agents serving the Greater Louisville area. My wife Sara, grew up in Louisville and is the daughter of a prominent builder who has developed large portions of Louisville over the past 40 years.  As a young girl she learned the family business of real-estate and returned to it after accepting it was "in her blood." The success she experienced in her first year as a multi-million dollar producer and nominee for rookie-of-the-year award, only proved what I already knew...my wife is a hard worker and someone people can trust.

As for me, I was a teacher for 16 years and have a love for people and a natural ability to negotiate. I sold real estate while living in California and decided to return to it to offer our clients the added benefit of working with a team. Our first year as a team my wife and I were Top Producers. For the past three years, we have remained the top producing married team within Semonin Realtors which is the largest brokerage in the greater Louisville area. In 2021 we were #4 in the brokerage.
