A Bit About Peggy

I am an accomplished agent who brings a strategic, personable approach to the home buying and
selling process. As a full-time Top Producer with Semonin Realtors®, I specialize in residential real
estate. I primarily serve the Spencer, Jefferson, Nelson and surrounding counties, but I am willing and qualified to go outside of those areas, if needed. I understand that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions of your life, and I believe it’s a true privilege to represent and guide you through the complex process of buying or selling a home. There are literally hundreds of moving parts in a real estate transaction!

I have been married 18 years to my high school sweetheart, Eric Heckert. I am the proud mother of
two teenagers, Jaynie and Devin, and a rescued Bassett/Beagle mix, Lacey. I graduated from The
University of Louisville, and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Administration.

I remodeled my first home at the age of 18 and bought my first fixer upper as my primary residence at age 22. At 25, I purchased and flipped my first investment property.

When I’m not helping someone else achieve their goals, I love spending time with my family and
friends, browsing vintage markets and antiquing. I also have a strong interest in interior design and fashion.
