Rhonda has sold homes in all price ranges – from starter homes to high-dollar luxury homes, Condominiums, renovation investment properties and new construction from finding the lot and collaborating with the Builder. In 2020, Rhonda was awarded the Semonin President's Club Award which placed her in the top 10% of 400+ Agents (# 29 in 2020) while also continuing to maintain the Semonin Top Producer Award status. Prior to starting her Real Estate Career, Rhonda was the Director of Sales for Six Flags Theme Parks where she led the Sales Teams at the parks in Los Angeles and Atlanta. This gave her an appreciation of the Relocation process that helps her with those Clients to this day. Rhonda grew up in the south end of Louisville (Pleasure Ridge Park), currently lives in Middletown and has sold homes in every Louisville area, as well as Lexington, Georgetown, Frankfort, and Elizabethtown.
