Born and raised in Louisville, Taylor Karimi brings a fresh approach to real estate that you’ll notice from the start. Every transaction is sparked with positive energy because she truly loves her craft. She graduated from the University of Louisville on a full academic scholarship in 2012, and joined Semonin Realtors immediately after earning her Real Estate License in 2013. Over the course of her early years in real estate, she built her new business from the ground-up during evenings and weekends while working full-time as an Assistant Branch Manager at a local bank. Her past makes her appreciate each and every client, no matter the transaction size, and has given her an understanding of the importance of forming lasting relationships. Today, Taylor is fortunate to have a base of loyal clients and a healthy business that continues to grow amidst an ever-changing Real Estate Market.
